[xcrysden] Cannot start xcrysden under Windows system

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I tested the new version of XCrySDen 1.5.53 on Windows 7 (32-bit) under environment of CYGWIN, it works. So the problem on Windows 8 (64-bit) may be caused owing to certain incompatible problem.
