[xcrysden] Trouble with mesa

Dear Tone,

Thanks for your email.

Recently, the TCL website has been closed to us. However, I have installed
tcl libraries before this happens. Please just let me know how to compile
xcrysden and telling it not to download Tcl-Library from the link provided
by default?

For more details, I am receiving the following error:
