[xcrysden] xcrysden-1.5.18-cygwin-bin-shared error in startup script

Dear friends,

Does anyone knows what is happening?Does anyone knows if the problem is Windows 7 or the cygwin version 2.769?This problem starter after I updated the cygwin to the 2.769 version :(Thanks in advance!Juliana.
