[xcrysden] XCrysDen - Doubt

Dear all

I'm a newbie in XCrysDen and I would like to ask a question.
When I do a band structure or a DOS, how can I get these information  in a
.txt, .dat or another postscript file? I would like to format these graphics
more freely in another program. I believe this is a longstanding question, but
I do not find anything related to it.
