Unfortunately not.
The 2D display (i.e. contours) is, in principle, possible with
general plotting program such as gnuplot.
You need to generate a 2d k-mesh of a given plane, calculate the
eigenvalues, gather and format the data so as to be suitable for
gnuplot.
