An updated version of the Quantum-ESPRESSO distribution (v.3.1.1) is available for download from web sites http://www.quantum-espresso.org and http://www.pwscf.org . Everybody who is using the Quantum-ESPRESSO distribution is encouraged to upgrade and to report problems to the mailing list. This version contains almost exclusively bug fixes.
