possible by&nbsp;setting&nbsp;&nbsp;NELEC &nbsp;in&nbsp; SYSTEM&nbsp; 

equal&nbsp; to the number&nbsp; of electrons in&nbsp; neutral cell&nbsp; plus 

one.&nbsp;&nbsp;The extra&nbsp; charge,&nbsp; as&nbsp; it follows from the 

manual,&nbsp;has&nbsp; to be&nbsp;compensated&nbsp; by positive backgrounds.

code is 'charge is&nbsp; wrong'.&nbsp; Why?&nbsp; Is it still not
