is there anybody who has the experience compiling the code resp_mat.f90.<BR>
actually it is not a part of QE. however i got it from the tutorial lda+U from Vlab lectures which is included by QE website. i got an error when i compiled this file. it seems the computer cannot find lmkl_ipf. <BR>
