[Pw_forum] from set_irr : error # 2

Hello
I got the following error while performing phonon calculation on Ge46
clathrate:
     task #        88
     from set_irr : error #         2
     npert > max_irr_dim

I am using the newest version of espresso 4.1.2.
Could anynone let me know how I can resolve this problem?
