[Pw_forum] ultrasoft Cs pseudopotential

Dear Suza W,
There is a norm-conserving PBE pseudo on the website, with all the
details needed to
generate again using LDA.
Alkali metals have very soft pseudopotentials to begin with, so you
should be fine.
