[Pw_forum] lambda.f90

Dear users,

Please update lambda.f90 if you plan to use it to calculate electron-phonon interaction constant \lambda and then evaluate T_c via Allen-Dynes equation.
Previous version contains unexpected format error which leads to an error reading dyn-files.

I have also slightly changed output format.
