[Pw_forum] Difinition of V_bare and electric field potential

Dear all,

I wonder what is definition of V_bare and electric field potential in PWscf code. The electric field potential in Pwscf is the same as electrostatic potential? 

It may be a stupid question but I can not find the consistence in the name of potential as usual call.
