[Pw_forum] CSV Repository and Windows SSH Clients

Has anyone used a Windows SSH client such as PuTTY to access the PWscf CSV
repository?  The URL given in README.csv doesn't seem to work.  Does CSV
require a key for login?  If you've used PuTTY successfully, could you send
me the appropriate PWscf CSV server parameters?
