At the end of  GeH4.elph.out file, it says:
     from lint: error# 261
  can't remap grid on k-point list
Dear clie,

You should look, at least, at the last lines of GeH4.elph.out. It should 
give a more detailed message than "2". Maybe some hints on starting density 
files or q-point choice.
