[Pw_forum] numbering the wavefunction files

explicit instructions. I think I actually did it this way,
for no special reasons other than aestethics.

use a better script, or instruct the code to collect
wavefunctions into a single file, or change the way
the suffix is calculated: see variable nd_nmbr in
PW/startup.f90
