Strictly speaking it is not a bug, but a misspell in INPUT.HOWTO

an example: Si, omega_0=15 THz, 1/omega_0=60 ps, time step=1 fs or so.

i think 1/omega_0 should be
1/omega_0=60 fs

or maybe i am wrong -- it was a hard day.
