[Pw_forum] parallelization of neb images

The parallelization of neb images (at present available for PWscf only)
requires much less interprocessor communication than k-pt
parallelization. From this point of view it can be considered "faster"
than the other schemes and is particularly indicated on loosely
interconnected clusters. On the other hand, load balance can become an
issue when you distribute all the neb images to different cpus.
The optimal parallelization scheme usually requires the subdivision of
all the available cpus into pools and the combination of the three
parallelization schemes.

Attached are a couple of slides explaining how to set a parallel run
(slides are in the openoffice format since the pdf does not fit the
limit on the mail-size of this forum).
