[Pw_forum] imagianry k-values

Dear users,

For the complex band structure, I got only negative imaginary k-values for
alkane, but for alkene I also got positive values as well as negative k-values.
(file name: bands.alkane.im, bands.alkene.im)

So, I wonder if imaginary k-values can be positive in case that the band edge
appears at k=pi/a like alkene or if I've got the wrong result.
