[Pw_forum] compilation error

Hi, 

Perhaps, it is due to the compiler error. I had the
same error using IFC 7.0 on  a parallel computer with
Intel  CPU's. But on other computers I am using
everything was fine.

More likely, the error means that sources in the /clib
directory are not compiled.
